Our 9 vintages are produced in Certified Organic Agriculture (AB) (French label) and Eurosheet (European organic logo). On a daily basis, the work in the vineyards is carried out in sustainable agriculture : interventions limited to the bare minimum, respect for the soil and biodiversity on the hills of Saint-Jeannet.

An exceptional terroir
in Saint-Jeannet
Perched on the heights of the French Riviera, it was in Saint-Jeannet that Georges RASSE planted his first vines in 2000. Today, with his son Mathias, they perpetuate an artisanal know-how on this unique terroir, between sea and mountain.
Our vines, cultivated using organic farming methods, benefit from an exceptional microclimate which gives our wines their unique and authentic character.

The Estate
Located at an altitude of 300 meters in the hills above Saint-Jeannet, the Domaine des Hautes Collines benefits from a unique microclimate between the sea and the mountains. Our vines, cultivated with care, produce grapes of exceptional quality.
