It is an old St. Jeanne tradition that allows for the production of this very distinctive wine, which can replace a red wine. It consists of age the wine in demijohns in the sun for 6 to 8 months depending on the amount of sunlight, to stabilize it naturally and give it Madeira aromas, spice, Exceptional!
To be enjoyed on spicy dishes or grilled meats.
