As the winemakers here have done for 2000 years, the grapes are vinified according to the the most traditional artisanal method. The percentage of each grape variety will depend on the timing. Controlled yield, controlled ripeness, and leaf removal are essential criteria.
Tasting it offers a real sensation of pleasure due to the complexity of the bouquet: Red fruits, spices, musk, smoke, leather… All these aromas are found on the palate with noble and youthful tannins that are very promising.
Aged 3 months in the sun Then 12 in oak barrels, This wine is neither fined nor filtered…
