He was wonderful.  We sat outside and both had a wine tasting.  I enjoyed learning about the winery and how each wines were different. The vineyard is located in a peaceful mountainside with stunning views.  The owners provided an intimate journey through the winemaking process, including the (what I found) unusual and beautiful process of following the lunar calendar and letting their wine mature outdoors in the sun and elements for various lengths of time.  And, the wine is superb! There's an added bonus of viewing the display of unique wine labels designed by an artist. It's a winery and art studio devoted to nature, run by love and family. This was a real pleasure, enjoyable in a very different way from visiting a large commercial winemaker.
